Benalla Royal Freemasons confirmed that staff - and the close contact of another staff member - were at the Euroa BP when an infected person might have been there.

The petrol station has been listed as a tier one site, after a person with COVID-19 was there between 5 and 6pm on the 24th of May.

"This means that all residents will be self-isolating in their rooms and staff are now wearing full personal protective equipment," the Freemasons said in a statement.

"Please be assured that, at this time, we have no staff or residents who have tested positive to COVID-19 or have any signs or symptoms."

They also confirmed that the majority of residents have been vaccinated.

After staff and residents at a Melbourne aged care facility tested positive this week, the Victorian government has directed the vaccination hub in Wodonga to focus on giving the jab to aged care and disability workers.

The hub will be open specifically for those workers on Saturday from 8.30am - 2.30pm. Walk-in appointments are available for people with their employment ID.

To keep up with demand, they will not be accepting walk-ins from the general public, but appointments can still be made.
