Woolworths is recalling their Coleslaw product from various supermarkets across the North East, due to the potential presence of salmonella.
The product being recalled is Woolworths Coleslaw 110g, 250g, 400g and 800g (ID 793406, 546843, 382779 and 311534) with Use By Dates up to and including 21 January.
The recall only affects products with a site code represented by the letter ‘S’ after the Use By date, which includes those sold at Wangaratta, Bright, Benalla and Albury Central.
Consumers are being urged to return the product to their nearest Woolworths for a full refund. Any customers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
