Financial Planner Guilty
A Wodonga Financial Planner has been found guilty of using personal details of almost 500 WAW members to influence the result of the Credit Union’s Board election.
The Border Mail report says the Planner involved was Neil Evans, and that WAW had cut ties with him.
His actions led to the election of Timothy Frazer rather than Tracey Toohey.
He was fined $12,000 and the Financial Planning Association of Australia has announced the matter is under review.
