The annual Rutherglen Triathlon is being held on the 10th of March. Both long and short events are available. The Long event is a 22km ride, 5km (1.5 plus 3.5) run and a 200m swim.

There's also the Back of the Pack event which is the most popular category for adults wanting to complete the shorter event. The team event is for families (eg mum, dad and child) who want to compete together.
